9. High degree of independent judgment.
Responsibilities to fulfill
1.Find prospects and leads
2. Learn details about our products and services
3. Understand all the prospects needs, problems or wants
4. Meet with potential clients and act as their consultant
5. Recruit, hire and train new sales representatives
6. Investigate leads and find out about them as much as possible before contacting
7. Track and monitor your work
8. Attend sales educational events and seminars
9. Stay up to date with the latest sales trends and best practices
10. Report to management team
