For a state busy collecting accolades for various achievements, Unemployment is a hindrance in its path of development.Due to scarcity of Jobs in Himachal, the residents are forced to leave and move to new areas in search of lucrative careers.There are various sectors which still remain unexplored. Unemployment - A cause of concern Unemployment has been a matter of discussion for a long time now. When the youth from rural areas migrate to big cities for better job opportunities, the state loses valuable resources which are not easily recovered.Himachal Pradesh takes pride in a high literacy rate but it is not feasible for the Government to provide jobs to everyone in the Government sector alone.
